Education Management will scrutinize these areas for any possible cost savings and efficiencies that may be available, identify them, and present board members and administrators with optimal ways to assure that these savings/efficiencies actually occur. Although it is preferable to study and analyze all district programs on a district-wide basis, Education Management will study individual programs, such as those delineated above. A written report of the onsite study with specific findings and recommendations for saving money will be forwarded to the district within eight weeks.
Educational Improvements
Although the major thrust of Education Management is financial, specific improvements will be identified that can make the educational programs of your district more responsive to the needs of your children and place it in a better position to meet the requirements of and/or improve your district’s performance in the federal No Child Left Behind law and your state’s interpretations of those requirements
